At the heart of it, wedding photography is an art form. Your photos aren't just snapshots; they're crafted pieces of art, each telling a unique story. As your photographer, I meticulously review and perfect each image, ensuring it the the story of your day.

Flawless yet Authentic

Ever notice how everyone seems flawless in those wedding photos? Well, here's a little secret – I edit out impermanent blemishes. Acne, scratches, the little things that might distract from the magic of the moment. Scars and the uniqueness of bodies, though? Those stay. It's about capturing the real you, just in the best light.

The Crop Matters

Behind every great photo is a great crop. I go through each image with a fine-toothed comb, cropping and framing to tell a cohesive and beautiful story. Each adjustment shapes the narrative of your special day. You may not remember me being that close to you on the day, and that’s because I probably wasn’t! That’s the beaty of a crop.

Editing Magic

Lighting, coloration, contrast – every detail matters. I meticulously edit each image to ensure it truly reflects the atmosphere of the moment. Your photos aren't just corrected; they're elevated to an artistic representation of your love story.

Culling

Before the magic of editing even begins though, there's the culling process. Sorting through thousands of images to select the best of the best. It's a time-consuming task, but it ensures you get the cream of the crop. I promise you don’t want the photos I don’t include! They’re the ones where you’re blinking, grandma is glaring, and your maid of honor is having a wardrobe mishap. I do include “blooper” photos. The ones that you wouldn’t mind posting on your IG for a recap post. The ones that tell the story of your maybe goofy, for sure unique, definitely awesome day.

Beyond the Uncontrollable

On your wedding day, some elements are beyond control – road signs, unexpected debris, the little things that pop up. I do my best to notice on the day of and remove or reposition, but I can’t catch it all. I take the time to meticulously clean up these distractions in editing, ensuring the focus remains on you, your lover, and your wedding day.
